Dear Brothers and Sisters,

This message was sent by Jim Jensen, General Manager Blue Hills Bank Pavilion and the Opera House he has organized a fundraiser for Mike and Susan Epstein to help with Mike’s medical bills.  Jim sent the message below and I am forwarding it to Sue’s IATSE Local B4 Brothers and Sisters. 

Our friend and long-time usher Mike Epstein was diagnosed with bladder cancer and multiple myeloma some time ago.  He and his wife Sue (also an usher since the Harborlights years) could use some help with the expenses not covered by Medicare. 

We will be hosting a time for Mike at the Pavilion’s VIP Club on Monday, August 4 from 6-9 pm.  We have tickets available at my office or at the Guest Services booth on show nights, and we are asking for a $20 donation per ticket.  We will also have a raffle for donated prizes that evening.  Checks can be made payable to Mike and Sue Epstein.

Live Nation has generously offered to match contributions made by Live Nation employees.  We will deeply appreciate any donation and any assistance you can lend in spreading the word about this event, whether you can attend or not.  Feel free to forward this to anyone who may be interested in helping out and/or attending.

Cathy Buderwitz will have Mike Epstein Benefit tickets available at the IATSE General Membership Meeting on the 28th.  Tickets will also be available at the door the night of the vent.
