I thought I would share on our website a document that our illustrious Secretary, Florence provided at our Q1 2019 General Business Meeting.
Steps on How a Special becomes a Union Member. I think it is a thorough step-by-step explanation of how the process is generated with B4 then ties in to IATSE NY, to D3, and back to B4.
