The election, for the offices of Secretary and Member at Large are scheduled for July 28, 2014 at. 6 PM., at the Transportation Building at Stuart Street and Tremont Streets, Boston MA.  This will also be our General Membership meeting.

The ballots have been sent to all IATSE members who have paid their dues.

The procedures for the use of the ballots are as follows:

VOTING PROCEDURES:

1.  Mark and fold ballot.

2.   Place your completed ballot inside the small plain security lined envelope and seal it.

3.   Place the sealed plain, unmarked envelope inside the stamped self-addressed envelope and seal it.

4.   Mail the self-addressed envelope with completed ballot by July 21, 2014.

5.   Upon receipt of the completed mail-in ballot, by the chairman of the election committee, the name on the self-addressed envelope will be verified and checked off on the membership list of eligible voters. 

6.   The envelope will be opened and the sealed ballot will be placed in the ballot box provided by the committee.

7.   On the day of the election, the sealed ballots will be    opened and counted. 

8.   Any alteration of labels etc. will invalidate the ballot contained there-in.  PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE THE RETURN ADDRESS LABEL.  I need that to check you off.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  The deadline for mailed ballots is the July 21, 2014 postmark.  It will be the determining factor for any questions concerning receipt of mailed ballots.  Please complete and return your ballots as soon as possible.
