Host Local Volunteers Needed
We want to have members participate from as many of our Host Locals as possible during our Summer General Executive Board Meeting and our 67th Quadrennial Convention. Here are our volunteer needs – please help us fill these positions:
Hospitality Table Assist our sisters & brothers (4 hour shifts)
Saturday July 13, Sunday July 14, Saturday July 20, Sunday July 21
Sergeant at Arms - General Executive Board Meeting Sign-in Table, Door Duty, Runner (4 hour shifts)
Monday July 15 through Friday July 19
Speaker Escorts – Quadrennial Convention Guide guest speakers around the Convention facility (4 hour shifts)
Monday July 22 through Friday July 26
Please Note: Parking will be paid for volunteers at the Hospitality Table, General Executive Board meeting and Convention Speaker Escorts.
Sergeant at Arms – Quadrennial Convention* Door Duty – 5 day commitment

Runners – Quadrennial Convention* Duties as assigned - 5 day commitment

* Convention Sergeant at Arms & Runners will receive the same per diem rate as the Delegates and are responsible for their own parking.
