This training is not mandatory and not paid - but will be very informative. Join us if you can at the Wang Theatre.
On Thursday December 1st, at 6pm, Guardian Security and Protection is proud to sponsor Todd McGhee, Managing Partner of PHI Training who will conduct a 4hr Behavior Observation Skills workshop. Todd McGhee is a retired Mass State Trooper, an international speaker on counterterrorism, and subject matter security expert for mainstream media.
Keeping patrons, employees and property free of criminal acts is a daunting task for any theatre venue or business. Detecting and countering illicit behavior requires early detection of suspicious indicators exhibited by rule breakers, criminals and violent extremists BEFORE and act is committed. This is great for front line employees.
Participants will learn:
· The Evolving Current Threat
· Theory of Behavior Recognition
· Identification of Suspicious Activity
· Reporting Procedures
· Active Shooter Concepts ... and More
If you want to send someone, or two, to attend this training please let me know. There will be no charge for this one as I am sponsoring. I think this is important as we as front line employees are on the front line. The first line of defense.
