Posted On: Oct 12, 2012

President, LOCAL B4

TO: IATSE DISTRICT 3 LOCALS

Brothers and Sisters;

Attached please find an updated  listing of AFL-CIO Labor Walks and phone banks. My apologies to those members who have already received this information.

Please inform and encourage your members to participate to the fullest degree possible. Do not feel comfort in polling reports that may have our candidates with favorable leads. We must continue every effort to get the vote out for the candidates that advocate for working families

 When your members, their family members or neighbors participate make certain they identify themselves as being with IATSE and identify their Local union number

A reminder again for Massachusetts Locals, please contact John Walsh 617-823-6110   walshsb7@aol.com  (IATSE 11 and Statewide Local Union Coordinator)  assigned by the International) who needs to hear from Local  Union Leadership as well as individual members. There is a dire need for volunteers for the remaining weeks of the campaign but member s should give as much time as they can spare even if only an hour or two per week.

Fraternally,

James E. Flanders
