When we go live (later this month), you’ll be able to log in to https://www.iatselocalb4.org/ to see important information.  Some of you already have an account, and some of you will have an account established for you when we go live.  If you do have an account, and you log in now, you will not see all the features populated.  Please do not make any changes until you get the next message that we are LIVE.  There are a couple more behind the scenes features that need to be put in place.  We should be LIVE shortly, and we appreciate your patience.

When we go live, and you login, go to the upper left corner of the screen to and click on Account Settings, and you’ll see your information.  Some highlights:

·       Account Settings – you can edit these fields

o   Cell Phone Provider – Right now, we are not sending text messages.  This may change in the future.  If you enter your cell provider, the feature will be ready to go, if we enable this feature

o   Alternative phone – only enter non-cell phone numbers, such as a home phone number

o   Options – By default, all settings are opt-in only.  You can check which features you’d like to be included in.

·       Member Status – These fields and information will be updated administratively.  You’ll see your house and your annual fees and payment status.

·       Messages will be sent through the website, centralizing information.

If you do not have an account on the website, you’ll be send separate information about claiming your account.
